Is the in-home assessment really free?
Yes — the assessment is completely free and carries no obligation. It's simply a conversation to understand your needs and answer your questions.
What happens during the visit?
A care coordinator comes to the home, listens to your situation, learns about your loved one's needs and routine, answers your questions, and outlines a care plan with clear, upfront pricing.
How long does the assessment take?
About 45 minutes, depending on your questions. There's no rush and no pressure to decide on the spot.
How soon can care start after booking?
In most cases within 48 hours of the assessment, and sooner for urgent situations such as a hospital discharge.
Do I have to commit to anything?
Not at all. The visit is no-obligation. If you decide to move forward, we'll match a caregiver and set a schedule that works for your family.
